Because I have personal experience with Anxiety, I am passionate about not only identifying and understanding the various types but also applying tools that help make them better. There is a lot more to anxiety than just knowing about fight or flight, or learning about breathing exercises. What my experiences have taught me is that what works for one person, may not work for another, and so we have to target all aspects of a person’s anxiety picture as individuals. I use a multi-pronged approach that aims not to miss any aspect of spiritual, vocational, relationship, or financial anxiety. Sure, grounding techniques can and do, help in moments where our bodies get out away from us; but in my experience we must address the big picture, root causes of what’s driving those moments. You really have address the momentary and big picture together. That is something that I absolutely love to do with my peeps.
