I know what it's like to dread bedtime because the silence gets too loud. These are the struggles that led me here, to become a therapist.

Meet Noel – The Guy Who Gets It

Before diving into the world of therapy,  I was living the life of a touring musician as a major label recording artist and navigating the business side of the music industry. It was thrilling, but after my mom passed in 2015, I started questioning if I was truly on the right path. Anxiety and loss had been familiar tunes in my life, and through cognitive behavioral therapy, I found a way to turn the volume down on my worries. That was the moment I knew I wanted to help others do the same.

Working with me isn’t just about lounging on a couch and talking about feelings (although, that can be part of it). I believe in actionable steps. Every session, we’ll dig deep into your story, and I’ll challenge you to leave with at least one practical goal to work towards. I’m pretty direct – I'll call it like I see it – but always with empathy and a little humor. Because sometimes, we need to laugh to keep from crying, right?

I’m a self-professed psychology nerd. I’m into "quit-lit" books on addiction and love researching emerging trauma therapies like EMDR. I believe in connecting with core values and helping you see the positives that maybe you’ve overlooked. For me, truth is the cornerstone of personal growth. The more honest we can be with ourselves, the freer we become.

Mental health isn’t something to be ashamed of – it’s something to embrace. I’m thrilled to see the shift happening, especially with younger generations who are growing up with more awareness and less stigma around issues like anxiety and depression. If you’re worried therapy is just “hippie-dippy” talk, think again. My approach is about more than venting – it's about finding the right questions to ask and guiding you toward the answers.     The out-of-network cost you should expect is between $80-$140 per session. Depending on your health plan you may be able to submit an out-of-network claim of reimbursement.
